TABRONA was founded in 2007 by Bronagh Daly to provide Voluntary, Community and Public sector organisations with a range of bespoke marketing, fundraising and diversity services.

Having gained her degree at the University of Liverpool, Bronagh has nearly a decade of experience in the voluntary and public sector working on a local and national scale building up a resource of experience and contacts. Bronagh has worked with some of the largest charitable not-for-profit organisations in the UK in such areas as Learning Disability, Racial Equality, Review of Public Administration (RPA), Homeless, Nutrition and Health, Mental Health, Sports Development along with Educational and Social Reform. 
           Working with high profile voluntary and public sector Policy Makers, Bronagh has overseen both capital and revenue fundraising planning, business development consultations, implemented public relations and marketing strategies to achieve sustainable change within charitable and not-for-profit organisations. Bronagh is married and living in Leeds, she has discovered a new found love of gardening and is a keen sailor. She is Trustee of a local Learning Disability Charity helping them to plan strategically for a sustainable future.

        Jaswinder Sian Diversity Training Manager

Jas joined Tabrona in December 2008 as Diversity Training Manager. After gaining her Business Degree from Warwick University and Cert Ed from Leeds University, Jas has delivered a wide range of support to the Public and Voluntary Sector since 1990 in areas such as Racial Equality, Disability Discrimination, women into sports management, employment and skills, leadership programming, graduate training, arts and media development, charity governance, rehabilitation of offenders and modern apprenticeships.
        Continuing her professional development, Jas has gained Train the Trainer and Project Management qualifications and has taught Punjabi at Leeds Thomas Danby College and Personal Development with key skills to ESOL students (English for speakers of Other Languages) at Leeds College of Technology. Jas has achieved Level 2 Counselling Skills and is a qualified NVQ Assessor. Her experience and knowledge of diversity training, mentoring and governance allows her to provide bespoke and tailored support to a wide range of individuals and groups. Jas is married with three children, she is a keen gardener, loves cooking and has travelled to India, Russia and central Europe. She speaks Punjabi, Urdu, Hindi and in her spare time she volunteers for a charity very dear to her heart; the Erbs Palsy Group based in Coventry, raising much needed funds and awareness about the rare condition.

        Simran Kaur Media and Marketing Assistant

Simran joined Tabrona in 2009 as a Media and Marketing Assistant after graduating with a degree in Media and Marketing at the University of Leeds. Her job role includes networking, outreach work, website content management and design work. Her work experience includes advising on community marketing activities as well as marketing and promotions in Racial Equality, employment, skills and education. Simran has worked strategically designing and implementing marketing plans for community organisations and a locally based media company. Simran's aspirations in media and marketing include becoming a fashion features editor.
